1 C sugar
1/2 C butter
1/2 C dark Karo syrup
1/2 t salt
1/2 t vanilla
4 qt. popped corn
Stir all (except the popcorn) over medium heat to boil. Boil for 5 min. Pour over popcorn to cover. Bake for 1 hr at 250 degrees, stirring every 15 minutes.
